Who will handle my warranty
• Your warranty is handled directly through our site or your authorized dealer
Who pays what
• Our products are such high quality we never see defects. In the rare event of a valid product defect we will pay for pickup/return shipping costs within the USA. Our goal is zero defects.
What is covered
• ANY manufacturing defects for life
What is not covered
• Any frame or component that is torn, bent or damaged (for example: stripped threads).
Normal wear is not a defect. (tires, cables, tubes, wires, chains, grips, saddles, paint/decals, etc.)
